We have a number of precautions in place to make your experience as safe as possible.

Book Online
Pay by card using our online booking system. Just find the show you want to book in our event listing and click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button and follow the payment instructions. Your tickets will then be sent as ETickets. Please be aware a £1 booking fee applies.

Pricing

Ticket prices vary, depending on the art form or show/workshop you are booking for. All prices are listed on the event page. 

Concessions

Discounts (priced in brackets) vary from show to show. Generally, they are available to children, students, unwaged, over 60s, under 26s, disabled patrons and their companion. Occasionally discounts are unavailable for events organised by outside organisations, for which we are the ticket agent. Where applicable, Multi-Buy Discounts only apply to an equal amount of tickets bought across the stated number of events.

Babes in Arms/Lap Tickets: We offer lap tickets to accommodate families already booking children onto events. This is only on selected events. Lap tickets are for children under 2 years old, and only available when booking alongside a paying child. These must be booked via the box office and aren't available online.

Armed Forces Discount Card, SKDC

Upon presenting your Armed forces card to the box office, we will tag your account so you can make bookings online, over the phone and in person. Signing up to the scheme via SKDC allows bookers to get £2 off up to 4 tickets in one transaction. This applies to the Stamford Arts Centre Professional Promoted events, look out for the card logo on applicable events. (offer excludes pantomime)

Blue Light Card

Blue Light Card holders can receive £2 off up to 4 tickets in one transaction. This applies to the Stamford Arts Centre Professional Promoted events, look out for the card logo on applicable events on our website. These can only be booked in person at the box office, when presenting the card. (offer excludes pantomime)

Refunds

We regret that we are unable to give refunds. If an event is sold out, we will try to resell unwanted ticket/s. If your tickets are sold on, an administration fee of £1 per transaction is charged for this service, and we will credit your customer account for you to use against a future purchase.

Opening Times

Our Box Office Phones (01780 763203) are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm and 1 hour before shows and films. In person tickets can be purchased Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10am to 2pm and of course before every show or performance,

You can buy a Gift Voucher for any amount you require from the box office or online here.
