Led by Buddhist nun Kelsang Malaya
Five Week Course:
It’s time to unwind and live more lightly. Putting energy into improving our life or being a modern person does not mean we need to be tightly wound. Learning to practice Buddhist meditation and mindfulness allows one to learn to really let go of painful thoughts, worried states of mind, and physical and mental tension. Throughout this course, we will look at various time-tested tools and strategies within Buddhist teachings to accomplish these aims.
WEEKLY CLASS TOPICS
Practical life changing advice for everyone. Come and feel uplifted. Everyone Welcome.
