Tolethorpe Youth Drama presents two innovative, exciting and moving one act plays as part of our annual Spring Showcase 2025.
If the saying is true and the eyes are the mirrors to the soul, our King group holds a mirror up to us all. This ensemble play looks at the masks we are expected to wear and what happens when we dare to remove them.
Our Windsor group brings to life a story about the power of the imagination, the importance of family and how class should never determine our fate.
Carefully and beautifully crafted through a series of workshops, these exciting one act plays reflect the incredible talent and creativity of our wonderful young casts.
Founded in 2001, we are so proud to be celebrating our 24th ANNIVERSARY this year.
At TYD we strive to make theatre for, with and about young people and – with this year’s Spring Showcase of plays – we believe we have done just that.
