Join the wonderful Hannah Peacock for an interactive, engaging and playful storytelling workshop!
‘Sharing A Shell’ – 10am & 1pm
Inspired by the beautiful tale of 'Sharing A Shell' by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Lydia Monks, about friendship & sharing, this is a great workshop for little ones starting school in September.
When Crab finds a shiny new shell, he doesn’t want to share his new home with anyone, but he soon starts to miss his friends. Perhaps being alone might not be best after all!
Using a range of materials, percussion and games, join in and help Hannah bring this story about friendship, sharing and kindness to life.
Recommended ages 2 - 4 years
‘We're Going on a Bear Hunt’ – 11.15am & 2.30pm
This storytelling workshop will feature activities and crafts inspired by the story, bringing Mark Rosen’s wonderful tale of adventure, courage and bravery to life.
Follow and join in the family's excitement as they wade through the grass, splash through the river and squelch through the mud in search of a bear. What a surprise awaits them in the cave on the other side of the dark forest!
