Join The Young Actors Company Junior academy as they take on Our Day Out by Willy Russell. Our Day Out follows the adventures of the lovely Mrs Kays ‘progress class’ who are allowed, under the supervision of grumpy Miss Briggs, to leave the school grounds to visit Conway Castle, however, en-route things take a turn and the class have a day full of chaos, fun and mayhem.
Conventionally, this is a musical play, but, our young actors, all of which are between the age of 10 and 13, are giving it a twist, by re-imagining it as an ensemble piece, creating a fun, fast paced, physical adaptation of a timeless comedy classic.
