Buddhist nun, Kelsang Malaya, will explain what meditation is and how we can integrate meditation into our modern busy lives.
We’ll discover the special power and function of meditation to colour our view of everyday experiences, giving them a deeper purpose and allowing us to cultivate and enjoy real and lasting happiness from within.
