Meditation and Mindfulness Course: Mediate, Relax and Reflect

Treat yourself to an afternoon away from it all with this light and inspiring course. Enjoy meditations, guided by Kelsang Rak-ma ,a western Buddhist nun and experienced meditation teacher, designed to bring about an experience of peace and well-being from within. The course comprises two one-hour sessions with a tea break and an opportunity to chat and ask questions. No experience necessary, beginners warmly welcome.
